FRANKLIN, TN - A Franklin teen who died more than four years ago will be honored on a float in the Rose Bowl Parade on New Years Day.
Sunday afternoon, his parents hosted a reception in Leiper's Fork, celebrating the reason he was chosen among 80-other heroes this year.
Pastor Steve Berger and his wife Sarah are preparing a floragraph-- a picture of their son.
4 and a half years since Josiah Berger's death, an image of his high school graduation picture will appear on a float in the Rose Bowl Parade, honoring his choice to be an organ donor.
Dozens gathered at Grace Chapel Church, lighting candles and singing, celebrating Josiah's decision.
