CHRISTMAS will be particularly special for Kathryn Graham and her family this year.
For the 52-year-old has received the best gift she could have asked for – a life-saving organ transplant.
In September, Kathryn, who lives in Knebworth with her husband, Rob, received the phone call that she says changed her life.
She was in an ambulance less than an hour later heading to Papworth Hospital in Cambridge, where she had a 10-hour double lung and heart transplant.
