Mitch Jones doesn't have to think twice about what he's thankful for this Thanksgiving.
He was months away from dialysis when his brother gave him a kidney last week.
"I probably owe him a big hug," Mitch Jones said, smiling. His brother was visiting him at St. John Medical Center on Tuesday, the day he was to be released, five days after surgery.
Mitch Jones, 54, of Broken Arrow, said his brother Jeffrey did an unbelievable act of kindness.
"I can't really put into words what it means to me," he said. "It means time. It's just life-changing."
