A presentation on the life-giving experience of organ donation will be held at St. Joseph-University Parish Community Room in Buffalo on Saturday, Dec. 14, at 3 p.m. Two-time organ recipient Tom Jasinski, and his wife, Ginny Wallace, will talk about their life-changing experience.
Jasinski received a kidney in September 2012 from a family member, and less than a year letter, this past July, he received a pancreas at the Cleveland Clinic from an unknown organ donor. Tom and Ginny, community relations coordinator for the Catholic Alumni Partnership of the Diocese of Buffalo, will share his experience of being an organ recipient and their connection to donation and transplantation in, "The Christmas Gift of Life" presentation.
